Well where do I start? My name is Aaron Diaz and I’m a manager.  I would say I’m a server to my staff basically. Being a manager you really work for your employees, not the other way around.  It has start with caring about the right values and caring honestly with focused attention for those whom you serve.  I view management as a responsibility not J O B.  Peter Drucker said, “Without institution there is no management. But without management there is no institution.”  Also, “The manager is a servant. His master is the institution he manages and his first responsibility must therefore be to it.” This sums up who I believe I am or try to be.  Not only to my staff but to my family, friends and to everyone.  Why else are we here if not for each other?  If this helps you in anyway please share and if it doesn’t send me an email ha!
